Targeting document in current window with a script
« on: June 20, 2019, 08:23:51 pm »
Question about the Linked document editor.

Any idea how i can target the document with the current focus? Or find the element for the current document window?

In the project browser: Alt G, and in other diagrams: Ctrl U, I think

With the new 'dynamic element' feature in the document editor, i got thinking about the kind of scripting you can use with the document and notes editors. For example, when editing notes in a linked document in the RTF edtitor, i find it difficult to perform any document formatting without using a mouse.

I reason that if i can target an open linked document window, (or hook the 'save'?), i can draft in markup/down and use a simple markup/down conversion script to restyle it.
