chart toolbox no more available

Today I open an old project where chart were defined to track the project evolution but the chart graphics are no more shown, or, to be more clear , they are shown as element having the chart type assigned with XML data and that's all.
Even more strange is the fact that it is no more possible to define them, the related toolbox disappeared.
EA version is 10.
Any thoughts?

My thought is "Did EA 10 even have charts?"

Following up on that. From the release notes it looks like they were introduced in version 11.
