Does EA support OSLC's DelegatedUI features?

I understand that EA provides OSLC support, with the speciific capabilities as presented in https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/14.0/model_repository/oslc_requirements_management.html

I am wondering however if EA support Selection and Creation delegatedUI? It seems to be missing from the description.
