Consistency between EA and Prolaborate users

If AD users are configured in EA with the EA security, and they have locks, can Prolaborate make the link between the same authenticated AD user in Prolaborate ? So if a user has a lock on a model, he/she can update a text field via Prolaborate. This would replace the current approach to define a Prolaborate dedicated EA user with lock access on all relevant elements and diagrams.
