MDG Azure Elements Do Not Show Name In New Diagrams

I'm having an issue using the MDG Azure images in new diagrams.  In particular the object Name property does not display. 

For example, normally if i change an component's default/alternate image i see the Name property of the component displayed below the component. 

When i use an Azure image as a component the image displays but no Name property displays.

I've tried pasting as image, icon and dragging an image into an exiting component to set default image.  Always works same way.

Is there something i'm missing?
