Custom search returns no results

Hello EA experts,

I followed exactly the instructions in this video to create custom search

but for some reason, I get no results. What could have gone wrong from my end?

Well, I peeked into the beginning and saw the company logo. So I guessed for the author. Maybe he'll rework on it so you can get the point.

Honestly I wrote a whole book about custom queries. So I rather enjoy my evening with a glass of whisky. And probably one whiskey tomorrow.
