XMI Export -> WAIT_TIMEOUT PCS error

A project is using a large Postgres EA DB, accessed via the Pro Cloud Server.
Users who need to run XMI exports (default v1.1) from a package with a reasonable content experience the following errors:
Sparx Systems Pro Cloud Server 0x0000007d9
Error retrieving results: WAIT_TIMEOUT

Later on they get an ADODB.Recordset 0x800a0e78 error.

I carried a test with a direct ODBC connection from EA and it worked (after 10 mins approx, generating a 20MB file)
We are trying to get the PCS log details as we don't have access. Is this a known issue? The installed PCS is 4.1.44.

Unfortunately, yes it's a known issue. As far as I know we have not been able to reproduce it on our end.

The best theory we have is that it appears to be an issue with a firewall blocking one or more queries to protect against sql injection. I don't know why it only impacts XMI import though.
