Hi,
I have a self-hosted Confluence and a self-hosted Prolaborate server.
In Confluence
I have recently installed and configured the macro using "no token" and "no userid" as I want any user in my organization to be able to see content without logging in.
I am now able to insert and view live Prolaborate content from within Confluence
In Prolaborate
I have disabled "Application Access Restrictions.
The repository is set to "Read/Write/Edit" for default users.
Under "Open Community Access", I have enabled "Enable users to get read-only anonymous access"
However, when I click on Prolaborate content from within Confluence I expect a new browser tab to open and display the selected Prolaborate content.
Instead I am getting the following error:
403
Request Forbidden!
Looks like the URL of this page has been meddled with or you are not allowed to access Prolaborate!
Please enter a valid URL and try again or contact a Prolaborate administrator.
I've looked through the Prolaborate documentation and administration options and do not see any other configuration setting that might impact this behavior.
I'm wondering if you have any ideas or insights on how to debug and resolve this situation.
Thanks in advance!
