[Ask] MDG Technology with 'stereotype PL-architecture::pl_bisapplication'

Hello, I tried to make custom MDG file to use custom values which my manager put those as properties. I had some questions while I watched a tutorial video on YouTube(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rz9aCvh9Nq4). At the demonstration, sparx team used same stereotype to make custom MDG. I wonder that I can get its profiles from my local PC. If I can, I can add custom tags on my local device to make a custom MDG. If I cannot get it from local directory, should I make all profiles by myself or is there any way to use custom tag on Prolaborate without MDG techonoly?
