OSLC: 500 Internal Server Error on request GET oslc/am/nestedresources

We have attempted to use Tasktop to sync data, but encountered an error message:

Code: [Select]

Response: 500 Internal Server Error on request GET https://<host>:<port>/<EA_DB>/oslc/am/nestedresources/<PK_ID>/ HTTP/1.1
Does anyone have any clues as to what might be causing this issue? Alternatively, is it possible to obtain more detailed information on the PCS server?

PS: We are able to connect to the <EA_DB> using the EA Desktop application
