Custom icons while generating HTML report

Using MDG I have made a toolbox with some custom Elements. However, when I export my model to HTML with the HTML report tool, I have blank spaces in stead of the little icons I should have in the project browser.

Any idea how I can solve this?  :-[

We have had reports of this, although I thought the EA base type icon was being used. Apparently that's no longer the case.

There is currently no resolution for this.
