Code Generator for VBScript to share?

Has anyone made a Code Generator for VBScript (or JScript) which they would consider sharing with other EA users?

I once wrote a code generator for PHP in Perl. I place it here for your reference (I might remove it in the future). It's part of a framework which is needed to actually use it, but the principle should be clear (I hope).
