2 Elements with "same" Name in same Namespace

Hi
I thought according to UML it is not possible to have for e.g. 2 classes with same name in same package?
The definition of  UML says "Within a namespace, named elements are uniquely identified by their names."

Sparx EA never complains, if I violate this definition. Is this a bug in EA or did I miss some restrict configuration?

I think EA has always allowed that, and I don't know of any setting to prevent it.
