Build 859 - downloaded help file version incorrect

This issue has been reported as of 2010-07-16.

FWIW

The help file (EA.chm) on the Registered Users download has a "Compiled June 23 2010" entry, matching that of Build 858. The file contained within a full install has a "Compiled July 12 2010" entry, which seems more plausible.

I do not know whether the user guide (PDF) on the download page is current or matches the help file.

These downloadable files have now been updated to the correct release (859).
