License Activation

All rights in and to Enterprise Architect software ("EA") and its derivative works are owned and controlled by Sparx Systems Pty Ltd ("Sparx").

By entering a Version Activation Code when prompted and checking "Accept" you warrant and acknowledge that:

• "Version" shall mean an instance of the EA Software either identified with a distinct number (such as 14 or 14.1) or identified by its build date (such as May 2018);
• you currently have an active support and maintenance agreement that covers the Version of the EA software you are now wishing to activate and use; OR
• you do not have a current support and maintenance agreement, but are using an older code obtained when you did; you are therefore entitled to activate any Version of the EA Software built during or prior to that maintenance period;
• you have lawfully acquired the Version Activation Code you are using, and that you are not infringing the rights of any third parties;
• you have read and understood the terms of the EULA;
• you have read and understood the terms of our privacy policy.

All rights in and to the EA software are reserved to Sparx. Should you be in breach of any of the above warranties, you are using the Software unlawfully, and Sparx reserves its rights to take such action against you as it deems fit.
