Security Submenu

In managing your project, you might want to limit the users' access to update functions across the model, to prevent concurrent editing and limit the possibility of inadvertent model changes by users not designated as model authors.

Manage Users	Add, modify and remove users, including maintaining permissions to perform the various update tasks.	Maintain Users
Manage Groups	Add, modify and remove security groups, including maintaining permissions to perform the various update tasks.	Maintain Groups
Manage Locks	View and manage the element locks set by other users across the system.	View and Manage Locks
Require User Lock to Edit	Toggle the security policy in force.	Set Security Policy
Manage My Locks	View and delete the locks that you have set. Shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+L	Manage Your Own Locks
Login as Another User	Switch the current login to a different user ID.
Change Password	Change a user's current security password.	Change Password
Encrypt Password	Add encryption to your password (for models created in releases of Enterprise Architect prior to Release 7.1).	Password Encryption
