Design Masters
A design master is the first converted Enterprise Architect project that supports replication. From the design master you create replicas that can be modified independently of the master project and re-merged later.
Create a Design Master
To create a design master, follow the steps below:
- Take a back-up of the required Enterprise Architect project.
- Select the project in the Project Browser.
- Select the Tools | Manage .EAP File | Make Design Master menu option and follow the on-screen instructions.
