The software is made available for download solely for use by end-users according to the end-user license agreement. You will not be able to use, download or install any software unless you agree to the terms of the end-user license agreement.

Except as otherwise indicated on this Site, you may view, print, copy and distributed documents (but not software) according to the following terms and conditions. (1) having sought prior written permission from Sparx, (2) any copy of the documents or portion must include all copyright and proprietary notices of Sparx, (3) the documents are not altered or modified in any way, (4) the documents specified above do not include the design or layout of the Site. Elements of the Site are protected by trade dress or other laws and may not be imitated in whole or in part, (5) the documents specified above do not include logos, graphics, sounds or images on this Site.
Member Account
If Sparx requires you to open an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in the registration form. You will also be required to choose a password and username. You are responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of this Site and the services it provides, you will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Sparx server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Sparx server or to any of the services through hacking, password mining or any other means not intentionally made available to you.
User Forums
You agree to use the User Forum (“Forum”) only to post, send and receive messages and material that is appropriate and proper. You agree, through your use of the Forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. Legal actions can be taken against you for a breach of any law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material; you also agree not to harvest or collect information about others, including email addresses, or create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate for the Forum.
Note that it is impossible for Sparx to confirm the validity of posts on the Forum. Please remember that Sparx does not actively monitor the posted messages and is not responsible for their content. Sparx do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the Forum. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of the Forum immediately. Sparx has the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if it’s determined that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that Sparx may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy goes for member profile information as well. Sparx reserves the right to terminate your access to the Forum at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Sparx reserves the right to disclose any information deemed as necessary by Sparx to satisfy or comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any information or materials, in whole or part, in Sparx’s sole discretion. Managers and hosts do not necessarily reflect the views of Sparx.
