Legend Properties
Access Drag the Diagram Legend element from the Common page of the Toolbox onto the diagram

Name |
Indicates a name for an element displayed within a legend.

Indicates a fill color for an element within a legend.

Style Options |
Allows further alteration options to the legend appearance.

Fill |
Indicates that a fill element is to be created/modified.

Indicates that a line element is to be created/modified.

Hand (Up) |
If more than one element is present within a legend, this button moves a highlighted element up one entry within the description list.

Hand (Down) |
If more than one element is present within a legend, this button moves the highlighted element down one entry within the description list.

Add a new element to the legend.

Save |
Saves an element and adds it to the description list.
|

Delete |
Deletes an element from the description list.

Description List |
Specifies the current elements created within the legend.

| • | The Legend dialog enables you to add, delete, modify or re-sequence Legend elements; use the Fill tab to define the Legend elements for shapes, then click on the Line tab to define Legend elements for lines and connectors |
