Rename a Package

If you want to correct or change a Package name, it is very simple to do so using the 'Properties' dialog for the Package.

Access

In the Project Browser, select a Package and:

Ribbon	Design > Package > Manage > Properties
Context Menu	Right-click on Package \| Properties
Keyboard Shortcuts	Alt+Enter
Other	Double-click on Package

Rename a Package

Step	Action	See also
1	In the 'Name' field, type the new name.
2	Click on the OK button.

Notes

Alternatively, highlight the Package to rename, and press F2
In a multi-user environment, other users do not see the change until they reload their project
