Share, review and inform
Pro Cloud Server opens your entire enterprise to your modeling efforts, enabling stakeholders to have secure access for discussion and review. WebEA, hosted on Pro Cloud Server, complements Enterprise Architect by providing a real-time view of project content, anywhere, anytime...
WebEA provides a real-time view of content contained in an Enterprise Architect Cloud repository to be shared with anyone with a smart phone, tablet or computer simply using a web-browser.
WebEA is a complementary product and is not intended to replace Enterprise Architect. WebEA allows your entire organization to read and consume models, and provide feedback where appropriate.
A valid licence of Enterprise Architect is still required to create models and edit diagrams.
Anywhere, anytime... on any device
Mobile Project Management
Project management tasks like the creation of Issues, Tests, Resources, Requirements, Use Cases and more can be created directly in the mobile browser for rapid capturing of information, at a remote site, to be modeled at a later time, or by the team back in the office.
Customizable watch lists can be configured to always keep you informed when the model has changed. Ensuring you are always up to date with the latest changes in your model, even when in transit.
Created with the mobile user in mind, the interface is fully compatible with smart phones and tablets. Quickly and easily review and discuss model content when you are away from your computer.
Intuitive user interface so you always know where you are and where you have come from.
Discussion enabled models allow you to contribute to the model via the browser. Discussions are stored in the model to build up a complete picture of stakeholder feedback and create seamless discussions, regardless if you are working inside Enterprise Architect or WebEA.
Real-time Stakeholder Collaboration via Tablet, Laptop, Desktop or Smartphone

A variety of integration plugins are currently available, with more planned, the current products supported include:
| Application Lifecycle Management

- IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation's requirements management tool|
- Rational Rhapsody Design Management (DM)
- Rational Team Concert Change and Configuration Management (CCM)
- Rational Quality Manager (QM))
|Jira and Confluence|
|Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server|
|Other Enterprise Architect models|
These integrations offer support for linking Enterprise Architect elements to objects and elements within external systems.
Easily facilitate your global licensing from a single location using the Floating License Service built into the Pro Cloud Server
Use the extensive RESTful API to exchange information between your model repository and other systems. Based on OSLC/RDF the expanded and efficient API is immediately available for internal use by customers.
Note: A commercial license is required for 3rd party use. The license simply details the scope and conditions under which the API may be used for commercial purposes.
Exclusive to Pro Cloud Server, this feature allows for access control of models at a granular level by harnessing the 'Row Level Security' capability in Oracle 8+ and Microsoft SQL Server 2016 onward.
Utilizing a higher degree of control to database elements, administrators and project managers can restrict database access down to the row level, while traditional access control operates and the table level. Furthermore, Visibility Level control operates at the database level, therefore providing enhanced protection from unauthorized query and scripting attempts.
Working in conjunction with Enterprise Architect's model security, the Visibility Level feature provides up to 20 'levels' of security via a selection of base scripts, or customized according to requirements of the project.
Sparx Systems Pro Cloud Server provides a means to provide a direct connection to one or more models without requiring clients to set up a database connection.
Wine is continually updated. The versions listed here represent what Sparx Systems tested against for the current release. For the best experience, we recommend maintaining an updated version of either the Stable or Development version from winehq.org. Both versions are regularly updated with fixes that will directly improve Enterprise Architect compatibility, but may experience small problems on occasion. In general, we believe that the development version offers the best experience with Enterprise Architect.
Apple dropped support for 32 bit applications in macOS 10.15. Crossover will still allow Enterprise Architect to run, but Wine will not.
