Ordering and Payment
Prior to purchase, Sparx Systems requires proof of your academic status, such as a scanned copy of your student/staff ID. In case photo ID is not available, a copy of your current student enrolment record is required. If you are a lecturer or teacher, a reference to your institution's website that lists you and your role suffices as alternative documentation.
You can send proof of your academic status via our Academic Status Approval form. Your request will then be processed as follows:
- Sparx Systems receives your proof of academic status
- Upon approval by Sparx Systems, you will be issued with an academic purchase link by email
- Using this link, you can purchase Enterprise Architect Academic Edition online
- Your registration key(s) and license details are emailed to you automatically upon purchase
- You may then download and install Enterprise Architect as instructed by the registration email
