Trying to import xml and xmi generated in Erwin

Hi, get the following error message when trying to import xml or xmi file:
Error
Code = 0xc00ce014
Source = Line: 240; Char: 33
URL = file///C:/Program%20Files/Spar%20Systems/EA%20Trial/UML_EA.dtd
Error Description = Element Content is invalid according to the DTD/Schema.
Expecting: {UML}Classifier.

Seems like an xml validation error.
So either the xmi file is bad, or the DTD used is wrong.

It's also worth while to look and see what line 240 char 33 contains.
