PowerType not rendered in GeneralizationSet

UML 2.4.1 requires that the Power Type of a Generalization Set be rendered as ": <power type name>".  That is a colon preceding the power type name.

EA does not conform.

See Figure 7.47 in the UML 2.4.1 Superstructure
