Missing options in Tools menu

Since the version 9.3 (build 931), when I click on the Tools menu, a lot of buttons have been removed.

All the options to do database reverse engineering and a lot other are not there.

Here is my new options in tool menu:

Wordpard
Windows Explorer
ODBC Data Sources
System Information
Customize
Options

If I roolback to version 9.2, all is ok.

Do I miss something?

Go to View/Workspace&Command/Commands and check everything.
