Comparing 2 versions don't work with tagged value

I created tagged values with a note field.
Although I did not change any values of the tagged values when I compare 2 versions the compare operation shows all tagged values as changed (changes in the note field)

I am using version 9.2.921

I (thought that I) have reported this as a bug. But i can't find the report in my trillion bug reports :-(

It got better over times but still after a full merge EA shows connectors being different (due to a duplicate Hidden attribute).

Would you be so kind to report it once again?
