URLs in HTML report

In a Data Flow Diagram I link a web site URL to a data flow (in "generals" in the property of the data flow)

When I make an HTML report of the project, instead of the link to the web site, there is a link to "file/C:/..." before the URL, so the link doesn't work.
This doesn't happen with processes.

Is it a bug or is normal that EA behave like this?
