List of issues in RTF template editor

I began working with EA about 6 years ago. At that time, the RTF template editor was quite horrible to work with. Especially when trying to setup numbered lists for headings. Stil now I can't seem to be able to get these formats properly done easily in EA.

Previously I worked around this anoyancy by importing from a file before creating a template. Though if I try that in 934, I get some kind of strange border in my template... ()

Besides that if I now search on this forum for "RTF issues" for instance, I get no search results... What is going wrong here Sparxx? It is really getting annoying that there still is no proper RTF template editor. And I haven't talked about crashes doing changes in the lists, annoying bug concerning the section markers etc!

I bet others have these issues as well. Anyone found the holy grail in solving this (sorry for the unavoidable hard words) horrible template editor interface?
