Can´t create BPMN model

Hello, I can´t create BPMN model, I´m using: EA version 9.3 running on Windows 7, 64bit. When I try to create, this it´s what happened

1. There isn't enough information in that screen shot to know what is the problem. Please contact Sparx Support and they should be able to help you.

2. That isn't a BPMN model that you're trying to create.

Hi KP, thanks for answer, unfortunaly that is all the information there I have.
About the point 2. Why ? if: "Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)"
Any way i will try to get contact with the support.

The package you are trying to import is named "Business Process" but it has nothing to do with BPMN - it is a different, older notation. Try importing (select a package in the project browser and press Ctrl+Alt+I) the file C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\EA\ModelPatterns\bpm.xml and you will see what I mean (and if you cannot import that file, that will be a good clue as to the cause of the previous error message).

Hello again KP, thanks for answer, I tell you, when i try to import the model "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\EA\ModelPatterns\bpm.xml" I have got the same error, it´s the same problem.
So when I try to import another model, for example clm.xml it´s works fine.
This is a bug?
