10 RC1, Missing formatting functions

Hello,

I miss in EA 10 RC1 some neat functions of previous release to get a tidy diagram like:
  • Make same
  • Even space
  • Center

They are still all still there, you may need to add them to your toolbar. (Tools Customise - not where you might expect them under View)
