Problems importing Java files

I am using EA version 9.0.908

I'm trying to import my Java source files into a class model.  I was able to do this with several files, but I am now unable to import more files.  I am using Code Engineering / Import from source file(s) / Java  The import seems to work successfully (I get a popup with messages about a successful import), but the new entities do not appear in my project browser.  They are not found in a search, nor do they appear in any generated documents.  I have tried just importing a single file, importing multiple files, and importing a folder.  I have tried copying the file to another file with a different name, and it still doesn't import.  How can I fix this?
