Error Transfering the repository to MySQL

We just received the new EA version 10.  Previously in older version I was able to transfer the repository to MySQL database. Now with the new version the transfer does starts but hangs after some time. And eventually gets "Not responding" error from EA. Does anyone has this issue or some solution for it? I checked the windows log and I get the following error description:

Looks like a driver problem (Windoze is a design error...). Try installing the 32 bit driver which is , I guess, required by EA.
