EA10 Trail installation error (registration)

EA1006 Trail installation hangs on error wile trying to "Register product...". I get "error 1316: A network error occurred while attempting to read from file... Wise Installation... ", this leads to an fatal error.

System Win7, UAC active, Admin, no general installation problems
Internet connection is only via proxy possible.

Any hints?
