Since the last few days I experience weird behavior of the help function:

Clicking Help | Help Contents of hitting F1 opens a web browser within EA displaying http://www.sparxsystems.com/uml_tool_guide/index.html
Hovering a item somewhere in EA, diagram, menu or project browser etc show a weird popup:

I've already reinstalled EA but is doesn't work, could you please help me with this?

A weird page. The left hand side navigation does not work. I can't see anything that resembles your screen shot.

What operating system are you running?

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

The behavior you are seeing is consistent with EA thinking you are running on WINE. (Tooltip style used by EA normally doesn't/didn't work and the local help file isn't handled well.)

How does EA detect on which OS it is running? I'm definitely not running on WINE. I would like to have the normal Windows behavior.

I installed EA build 1007 today but this problem still exists.
