Sequence Diagrams Offset in RTF Report

We have three users working on a model file on a shared network drive.

If user A moves the contents of a sequence diagram and user B then tries to generate RTF documentation, the contents of the diagram will be offset in the image and clipped by its bounds. The workaround is for user B to open that diagram, select all, and move the contents in any way (even just a pixel) before generating the report.

Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions for how to address it?
