WSDL - Import/Export Issue

When ever I import a working WSDL (works in visual studio) into EA and then export it again it does not work.  EA seems to modify the parameters so that they no longer work (so when I then re-reference the same WSDL it has 2 imports and 2 exports parameters (rather than one which it did have before I run it through EA.).  This seems to be as EA does not handle parameters very well in the service section.
