MDG not registering with both VS2010 and 2012

I have both Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 (VS2010 and VS2012) installed (and Standalone PTVS using Integrated VS2013 Shell BTW)  and whilst I can install and see the Beta 2012 MDG Integrate as an Extension in 2012 the following appears to me to be the case:
o      I don’t believe I can have the standard MDG Integrate version for VS2010 along with the Beta VS2012 (I think they install into the same location)?
o      I am assuming that the existence of VS2012 (or VS2013) on the system is preventing the Registration of that standard MDG Integrate for 2010?
Can you confirm my suspicions are correct or not and can you tell me where to find or enable your installer logs that might help me to verify the above _before_ I uninstall VS 2012 etc.?
N.B. Since it is both a long process, I might decide I want it again, and I have gotten into trouble uninstalling and reinstalling such things as SQL Server versions in the past which can indeed render a machine more or less unusable (when installed component remnants and registry entries get left behind and continue to cause conflicts).

No, VS 2012 integration is a separate install, it goes into the VS2012 directory and has been tested with a parallel install with the existing version.

OK. Thanks for that I will examine again this weekend.
I forgot to mention this is on Windows 8 also (not yet 8.1).

There is a directory created on 18 December when I installed VSIntegrates (and not 18 October when I installed EA 10 System Engineering version) here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Sparx Systems\VSIntegrate

I will have to look again at how and where VS Addins can be Installed or Registered (there is more than one location it seems as well as: %UserProfile%\Documents\Visual Studio XXXX\AddIns

Install logs locations:
I guess I can find Visual Studio's but if nothing is there it might only tell me that Integrate never got registered with it.
And I guess I can look for Windows install logs but any help would be appreciated... (if there are any issues an Integrate Plugin Installation Issues HowTo would be useful (and I can give back since I am quite enamoured with EA)...)
