Hello

I have a problem displaying case models online. Perhaps something has changed in the navigator because they used to work. Basically the left panel does not display

Seems to work ok on Windows 7 with Chrome and Firefox. I think its created via javascript so check you have it enabled.

I am not sure which Browser or version you are using, but we have been running EA HTML up to IE 10, recently we have had some problems with IE version 11. There is a fix for this in the HTML script. If you have IE 11 drop support an email for the script.
