Legend values disappear

Has anyone seen an issue where the values within a diagram's legend disappear when a diagram is saved and closed and then re-opened?  The legend element stays in the diagram, but it is empty.

Is there some property setting I am missing?

I am using version 10.0.1005.

If I remember correctly, it is a bug of JET 3.5. By enabling 'Use JET 4.0 - requires restart' option in the Options dialog, all values may appear again.
