SysML1.3::refine relationship

Hi all,

I'm modelling refine relationships in the relationship matrix with use cases as source and requirements as targets.

While SysML1.1::refine and SysML1.2::refine seem to work just fine, SysML1.3::refine relationships disappear everytime I reopen the relationship matrix or simply refresh.
When I add them again they show up e.g. in relationship diagrams twice each.
Furthermore, the label in diagrams is "SysML1.3::refine" while 1.1 and 1.2 simply appear as "refine", which is coherent with other relationships such as "satisfy".

So is there anyway to fix this? Although I just could use SysML1.2 relationships I'd rather use the up to date standard coherently which is SysML1.3.
