Login problem...

Hi, i have kind of a anoying problem.. for some reason i can not login to the repository :-( i do have a big nice OK on the sql config and I'm the correct AD groups as far as we can see...


My colleagues think that the configuration is correct so they do not understand why it does not work.

Where can I find the login rights, AD + MSSQL + more? Can I find any login error logfile in any way?

Is the repository already set up? This message appears also for a not configured repo.

If so, do you have security turned on? In that case make sure your user is in the user list.

First, have someone check that you have been imported as a user into the model. (EA doesn't query AD if you're part of a group on login)

Second, if accept windows authentication isn't enabled you will need someone to set a password. EA doesn't (and couldn't) import your password, it sets something random. Generally Active Directory import is used with windows authentication.
