Sequence Messages missing after import

Hello Everyone, We'r trying to export an import a model with sequence diagrams, but in the import operation the uml messages of the diagram are missing. This is not a problem for small  package structures, for example, if the operation is made with the package wich contains the diagram or a level above there is no problem, but if the export and import in other model is made three or more levels above of the package wich contains the sequence diagram, the UML Messages are missing.

We have tried everything

It might be the case that you used classes instead of objects/lifelines in the sequence diagrams. That will have such an effect.

IIRC these types of issues should be solved in the latest versions.
If not please send a bug report to Sparx.
