EA11 keep crashing during document generation

We have EA project which is under postgresql repository.
I have tried to upgrade  from EA 10 to EA 11.
Now, 90% of generating results in EA crash or corrupted document.
I have tried custom templates and system templates but I got same result.

I am using docx generating. rtf is messing heading in document.

Is there any particular pattern?
if it is occuring even in the system templates, it could be due to some program / addin/ mdg technology that is conflicting the new RTF engine. You can try to disable all but the core technologies & try.
Also best will be to share some snapshots and write to Sparx Support.
