Package Control Menus are gone in 933

Hi there.

We use EA 9.933. Now I installed the Trial Version of EA 11. Suddenly i face some strange issues in 933. The context menu package control is missing. I removed EA 9 and EA 11 completely and reinstalled EA 9.933 but the Problem persists.

So now I'm completely blocked, because we have all our packages under Version control.

How can I repair my Version of EA 933 ?

Go View > Workspaces and Commands and make sure you have the complete set of commands selected.
