Rookie Question - Relationship Matrix in reports

I'm trying - and failing - to find out how I can get a Relationship Matrix to show up in a generated HTML report.

I think that what I'd really like to do is to be able to publish a dynamically refreshed Relationship Matrix with a given Profile as an Element in the model, but the main goal is to get it so that generating project documentation will include a relationship matrix somewhere within it.

Using EA11 as I thought that would make it easier, but I'm still failing.  Could someone give me baby steps on this please?   :-/
