When importing a CSV file of devices with Stereotype"="ArchiMate_Device", these objects get created so that I cannot change their ArchiMate symbol to rectangle notation. There isn't that "Advanced option" available "Use Rectangle Notation".

Objects that are created during CSV import get created "as grayed" symbols on Project Browser, so look like different than objects that are created in the tool. Why is that?

Reason why to do this CSV import, is need for getting devices from the CMDB system (exported as CSV) into ArchiMate model repository as "Devices" with some tagged values as attributes.

Depends on your version. Pre 10 it will not work without manually synching.

Resolved: disable ArchiMate (version 1.0) from the "MDG Technologies" under Settings. When only ArchiMate 2.0 us enabled, then this CSV import works fine!
