Reverse engineering c# code stumbles about async
« on: November 24, 2014, 09:37:18 pm »
When reverse engineering c# code, any sources that contain the keyword async are regarded as erronous, and the whole class is missing in the reengineered model.  :(

In GUI Code, this keyword is used pretty frequently, thus the reemgeneering feature is severely hampered. Is any workaround for this problem known - other than changing the source, of course.

Can you please confirm which version of Enterprise Architect you are currently running?  I think support for the async and await keywords was added in EA 11.

If still having problems with EA 11 or higher, please contact support and we can investigate further.
