I've tried to move project to SQL Server 2014 however after running the sql script and trying to load receive multiple errors about nonclustered keys not being supported. I'm wondering if there might be an updated script available for SQl Server 2014?

Sounds like you're trying to run on SQL azure. No official support for it. I remember seeing that someone had got it working though.
