Trouble connecting to Oracle DB. Any EA log file?

I have trouble connecting to our common repository located in an Oracle database. I can see the database, I connected easily with SQL Developer. I have Oracle client 11.2 installed. My machine is 32-bit.

When I try to use the connection wizard (using Oracle Provider for OLE DB), I just get a message: "Enterprise Architect - UML Development Tool has stopped working".

To investigate the situation, I was looking for a log file. Is there one somewhere?

That seems to be a beast. http://www.eadocx.com/forum/2-eadocx-queries/713-can-t-quick-doc-moderate-size-model suggests that there is no easy solution. Contact Sparx support via mail. They might help you out.

P.S. There's a %appdata%\Sparx Systems\EA\DBError.txt but I doubt it has much useful info.

Thanks, I didn't find any log file there, so I will put forward a support ticket!  :)
