Time Series Chart not automatically regenerating

Hello,

I have been experimenting with setting up the Cloud schedule to automatically regenerate the time series chart based on a fixed schedule (daily, weekly, monthly), but have been unsuccessful in both versions 11 and 12. The charts work fine when the 'manual record' option is used.
I am currently using the Cloud Server.
Is it a problem with the Cloud, or is there an additional step needed beyond setting the data point interval in the chart properties?

You also need to enable the "Run Scheduled Tasks" option for your Cloud Server.  On your server, open the Cloud admin client, select your database from the list and click "Configure".  Make sure "Run Scheduled Tasks" is ticked.  The Cloud Server will then check for any Chart elements which have been configured to update based on a schedule and update them accordingly.
